The Aaroh Fellowship
Our flagship program - The Aaroh Fellowship is a 2 year, full time programme for out-of-school adolescents from underserved communities. The focus of this intervention is to provide a thriving learning and livelihood trajectory for young adults who had to disembark from the mainstream education system and opportunities. Our current fellowship course is a promising storytelling platform for youth to find their voice and agency through creative tools such as photography, videography and design.
They identify and communicate stories of impact and change in themselves, their community and the world around them. Their solutions follow the track of empathy to creativity
